Effective November 1, 2026
The plain-English summary. I collect what I need to run my programs: what you tell me in your application, your contact details, your payment records, and what you share on calls and in the Build Room. I use it to answer you, deliver what you bought, pay my partners and keep my records. I don't sell your personal information. I share it only with the services that run my business, with the partner who referred you (so they get credit), with other Build Room members when you post there, when the law requires it, or to protect my rights, like answering a payment dispute. I never see your full card number. In the Build Room I'll never ask for your passwords, API keys, webhook URLs or account numbers, and during a build you enter them yourself and I never store them. I record our Built With Me strategy and onboarding call only if you say yes at the start of it. Joining my waitlist or applying for Built With Me adds you to my email list. You can ask me to see, correct or delete your information, and you can unsubscribe from my emails anytime. Questions go to [email protected].
This policy is from LTS & Associates LLC. I'm LaQuita T. Scott ("Qui"), the owner, and I sell my programs under the name LTS. When this policy says "I," "me" or "my," it means LTS & Associates LLC. When it says "you," it means you, the person visiting my pages, applying, buying or joining.
It covers my sales pages, my waitlist, the Built With Me application, the course Build Your Automation, My Way, the Build Room, Your Automation, Built With Me (including optional maintenance), the LTS Partner Program, and the emails I send. It works together with my Terms of Service.
When you join my waitlist or email list. Your email address, and your name if you give it. That's how I send you course news, offers and my newsletter.
When you apply for Built With Me. The application asks for:
If you tell me a partner referred you, I keep that too, so the right partner gets credit.
When you buy. Your name, email, what you bought, the amount, the date, your payment status and the details PayPal shares with sellers, like your transaction ID and, sometimes, your address. If the course checkout offers a payment plan and you choose it, I also keep your payment schedule. Payments go through PayPal and Wix, my store checkout. They handle your card or bank details. I never see your full card number.
When we email. Your email address and what you write to me.
In the course. Your login and course account details, held by Teachable, my course platform.
In the Build Room. Your Discord username and whatever you post there. Office hours happen in the Build Room on Discord. If you join an office hour that's being recorded, the replay can include your name, voice, image and chat messages. I'll say at the start of each session when it's being recorded. If you don't want to be in the replay, keep your camera and mic off and type your questions.
On Built With Me calls. Our strategy and onboarding call, your strategy walkthrough, our build calls and your go-live call happen on Zoom. I keep what you tell me about your trading, your strategy, the settings and risk you choose, and my notes from our calls.
I record our strategy and onboarding call. At the start of that call, I'll tell you I'm recording and ask if that's okay. If you say no, I won't record it. I don't record any of our other Built With Me calls, like your strategy walkthrough, our build calls or your go-live call. I use the recording to follow up with you and support your build. I don't post it, and I don't share it except in the cases in section 4, like when the law requires it.
Your strategy, your results and what you share on our calls stay between us. I won't use them in my content, or share a quote or result as a testimonial, unless you say yes in writing first.
During your build, your logins stay yours. You enter your own logins yourself while we're on a call. I don't write them down or keep them, and I never store your passwords, API keys, webhook URLs or account numbers. If one shows up on a shared screen or in a log I check, I don't copy it. Our build calls aren't recorded.
During your paper run, and later if you add maintenance, I look at the information I need to check that your automation is running the way you set it up: alerts firing, orders sent, fills and errors. You show me this yourself, for example by sharing your screen or sending screenshots with your account numbers hidden. I don't use it to recommend trades, sizes or strategy changes.
If you join the Partner Program. Your partner account (your name, email and login) in my partner dashboard, the referral clicks and sales tied to your link, your PayPal email for payouts, and your tax form: a W-9 if you're in the US, which includes your tax ID number, or a W-8BEN if you're not.
Tax forms are collected through my partner dashboard or a secure upload, never plain email. Please don't email me your tax ID number. Apart from the dashboard or upload tool that holds your form, I share tax information only with the IRS and the people who prepare my taxes.
When you visit my pages. Some information is collected automatically. See section 5.
I don't sell your personal information, and I don't share it with anyone for targeted ads. I share it only in these cases:
The services that run my business. I give each one only what it needs to do its job. Some, like Discord, Zoom and Google, also collect information from you directly, and their own privacy policies cover that.
Partners. If you buy through a partner's link, or tell me a partner referred you, that partner can see the sale was credited to them.
Other Build Room members. What you post in the Build Room, and office-hour replays, can be seen by the other members.
When the law requires it, like a valid legal request or a tax filing.
To protect my rights. For example, if you dispute a charge, I may send PayPal or your bank my records of your purchase, including your agreement to my Terms of Service and what I delivered.
If my business changes hands. If I ever sell or merge my business, your information may go to the new owner. I'll tell you before it's used under a different policy.
My website host. My pages are run by my website host, which keeps basic visit logs (like IP address, browser and pages viewed), may collect basic visit statistics, and may set cookies it needs to run the site.
Fonts. My pages load their fonts from Google Fonts. When a page loads, your browser connects to Google, which receives your IP address and basic browser details so it can send the fonts.
My emails. Kit, my email tool, can show me whether an email was opened and which links in it were clicked. I use that to see what's useful to my readers.
Partner referral links. When you click a partner's link, a cookie remembers that partner for 60 days so the right partner gets credit if you buy. If you clicked more than one partner's link, the last click counts. You can clear cookies in your browser settings anytime.
Ads and analytics. My pages don't use an ad pixel right now. Apart from the basic visit statistics my website host may collect, I don't add an analytics tool. If I add an ad pixel or analytics tool later, like a Meta pixel, I'll update this policy first to say what it collects and how you can opt out.
Do Not Track. Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" signal. There's no common standard for it, so my pages don't respond to it. Right now, no ad company tracks you across other sites through my pages.
I keep purchase, payment, partner and tax records for as long as the law requires. If you unsubscribe, I keep your email address on a do-not-email list so you stay unsubscribed.
Applications from people who don't buy, my call notes and the recording of our strategy and onboarding call I keep only as long as they're useful to follow up with you or support your build. You can ask me to delete yours anytime. Office-hour replays stay in the Build Room for members, and if you ask, I'll remove or edit a replay where I can. Once I no longer need something, I delete it.
Some US states, like California, and some other countries give people privacy rights by law. Where the law gives you these rights, I'll honor them. Even where it doesn't, I'll honor reasonable requests. I won't treat you differently for asking.
To make a request, email [email protected], ideally from the email address I have for you. If you can't, tell me and we'll find another way to confirm it's you. I'll reply within 30 days. If I need longer, I'll tell you why. If I say no to part of a request, I'll tell you why, and you can reply to ask me to look at it again.
For anything you posted in the Build Room, you can also delete your own messages in Discord. What Discord keeps is covered by Discord's privacy policy.
I take reasonable care with your information. I use well-known services to handle it, and I limit what I keep. I'm the only one with access to the accounts that hold your information. No assistant or anyone else sees your application or my email list. Please keep your passwords, API keys, webhook URLs and account numbers private, because anyone with your webhook URL can send orders to your account.
No system is perfectly secure, so I can't promise your information will never be exposed. If something goes wrong that affects you, I'll tell you as soon as I reasonably can, and always within what the law requires.
My programs are for adults. You must be at least 18, or the age of adulthood where you live, to apply, buy or join. I don't knowingly collect information from anyone younger. If I learn I have, I'll delete it.
My business is in Florida, in the United States, and the services I use may store information in the US or other countries. If you apply, buy or join from outside the US, your information will be handled in the US, where privacy laws may be different from yours. If you're in the EU or UK, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.
If I change this policy, I'll post the new version on this page and update the effective date at the top. If a change is a big one for how I use information you've already given me, like adding ad tracking, I'll email you at least 30 days before it applies.
Questions about your information, or a request to see, fix or delete it: email me at [email protected].
