Effective November 1, 2026
The plain-English summary. I teach you how to build trading automation and I help you set it up. I don't manage your money, send signals or trade for you, and I can't promise you'll make a profit. Trading futures and options can lose you money, and automation doesn't change that. All course sales are final. Built With Me is paid upfront. You have 48 hours after your strategy and onboarding call to tell me it isn't a good fit. If you do, I refund everything except $1,500 ($10,997 at the founding price) and you get the course. That $1,500 isn't refundable. After that, all sales are final. What you build is yours. My course materials stay mine. You keep control of your account and your logins the whole time. If anything here is unclear, email me at [email protected] before you buy.
These terms are an agreement between you and LTS & Associates LLC. I'm LaQuita T. Scott ("Qui"), the owner, and I sell my programs under the name LTS. When these terms say "I," "me" or "my," they mean LTS & Associates LLC. When they say "you," they mean the person buying or using what I sell.
The best way to reach me about anything in these terms is email: [email protected]. My mailing address is PO Box 89446, Tampa, FL 33689.
These terms cover three things:
You must be at least 18, or the age of adulthood where you live, to buy or join anything here.
Before you pay, you'll see a link to these terms. You agree to them when you enroll in the course or pay for Built With Me. On the Built With Me application you also check a box saying you agree, and my Built With Me payment link and PayPal invoice link to these terms. Paying means you agree to the version in effect that day. If you don't agree, please don't buy.
The house rules on the course page and the rules on the Partner Program page are short versions of these terms. If either of them and these terms ever say different things, these terms apply. If one part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies.
Everything I sell is education and software setup. None of it is investment advice, a trading signal service, copy trading or a managed account. I don't tell you what to trade, and trade calls aren't allowed anywhere in my programs, from me or from anyone else.
Trading futures and options carries a substantial risk of loss and isn't right for everyone. Automation doesn't remove that risk. It follows your rules as written, and it can still go wrong: orders can fill late, at a different price, or not at all. If your rules lose, the automation loses too.
I don't promise or imply any profit. Past or hypothetical performance, including anything I show you from my own accounts, my testing or my data, doesn't guarantee future results.
Every trade in your account is your decision, and you're responsible for your account.
Price. You pay the price shown at checkout. Right now the founding price is $997, through November 8, 2026 (11:59 pm Eastern Time). After that it goes to $1,497.
Payment. Course purchases go through my Wix store. You pay with the options shown at checkout. If checkout offers a payment plan and you choose it, all sales are still final and you owe the remaining payments.
All sales are final. There are no refunds on the course. Please read the course page, the questions and the house rules first, and email me before you enroll if anything is unclear. This doesn't apply if I don't deliver what you paid for. If your materials don't arrive or don't work, email me and I'll fix it.
Delivery. When you buy, you get a thank-you email right away. The course is delivered through Teachable, my course platform, and opens November 8, 2026. If you enroll before then, you get your course login that day. If you enroll after, you get it once your payment goes through.
Lifetime access. You keep access to the course and its updates for as long as I offer the course and you follow these terms. If I ever stop offering it, I'll email you at least 30 days before it ends.
One seat, one person. Your enrollment is for you alone. Please don't share your login.
The lessons, guides, templates and prompt pack are licensed to you for your own personal use, so you can build and run automation for your own trading. In short:
The full house rules are on the course page. Section 11 below covers ownership in more detail.
What's included. Founding offer: if you enroll in the course by November 8, 2026 (11:59 pm Eastern Time), your enrollment includes 45 days in the Build Room, my Discord for weekly office hours and setup Q&A, at no extra cost. If you enroll after that date, the Build Room isn't included, but you can join any time for $57 a month. Seats are limited. Your seat is separate from your lifetime course access, so the course stays yours when your Build Room time ends.
When your 45 days start. Your 45 days start the day you get your course login. The founding group's logins go out November 8, 2026. If the room is full when you'd start, I'll email you when a seat opens, and your 45 days start that day.
Staying after your 45 days (or joining later). Nothing starts automatically when your 45 days end. If you want to stay, or you enrolled after the founding offer and want to join, you can opt in for $57 a month. If you opt in, you're charged $57 that day and again on the same date every month until you cancel. I'll show you this and ask you to confirm before your first charge, and your receipt will tell you how to cancel.
Canceling. You can cancel any time in your account. Canceling stops your next charge. Months you've already paid for aren't refunded.
Recordings. Please don't record office hours yourself. I may record them and post the replays for members. I'll say at the start of each session when it's being recorded. If you don't want to be in the replay, keep your camera and mic off and type your questions. Don't share a screen that shows account numbers or balances.
Room rules.
Price and payment. You pay the price on your payment link. Right now that's the founding price of $12,497, through November 8, 2026 (11:59 pm Eastern Time). After that it goes to $14,997. It's paid upfront, and there's no payment plan.
How it starts. Applying is free. You pay nothing unless I send you a payment link. I read every application and reply within 2 business days. If it looks like a fit, my reply includes a payment link. Your payment books your Zoom strategy and onboarding call, scheduled within 2 business days of your payment. The first Built With Me calls start the week of November 8, 2026.
Recording. I record our strategy and onboarding call. At the start of the call, I'll tell you I'm recording and ask if that's okay. If you say no, I don't record it. I don't record any of our other Built With Me calls.
Your 48-hour window. Your 48 hours start when the strategy and onboarding call ends. I'll email you the exact deadline in Eastern Time.
Every refund case:
Your bank or PayPal may take a few more days to show a refund after I send it.
When you get the course. Your course login comes by email once your 48-hour window is up. That's true whether you go ahead with the build or not. (If you miss your call, see above.) Built With Me includes the full course. The free Build Room days from the course's founding offer aren't part of Built With Me.
What "final" means. After your 48 hours, all sales are final. That means you can't get a refund because you changed your mind. It doesn't change what I still owe you, including:
Timing. After your strategy walkthrough, we set the dates for your build, paper run and go-live call together.
Optional maintenance. After your build, you can add maintenance for $200 a month. I check whether your automation is running the way you set it up (alerts firing, orders sent, fills and errors) and point out technical problems. I don't recommend trades, sizes or strategy changes. Any change is your decision, and you make it. You can cancel anytime by emailing [email protected]. Canceling stops your next charge. Months you've already paid for aren't refunded.
Your control. You keep full control of your account and your logins the whole time. This isn't managed money, signals or copy trading.
The full program rules are on the Partner Program page, and you agree to them when you join. Partners must have bought the course or Built With Me and be in good standing. I approve every partner, and you can't refer yourself or your own household. Here are the key numbers:
Partners must say they're paid partners. No income claims, no P&L or balance screenshots, no trading advice, no spam, no bidding on my name in ads and no fake reviews. Breaking these rules ends your partnership and cancels commissions on any sale that came from the break. Commissions you earned honestly are still paid. I can change the program terms with 30 days' notice, and commissions you've already earned are always honored.
Your automation runs on tools from other companies, like TradingView, TradersPost, brokers, prop firms and data providers. They're separate companies with their own terms and their own fees. You sign up for them and pay for them yourself, in your own name. I'm not responsible for what they do, how they work or what they charge.
Some prop firms ban automation. Before you build or run anything, check your firm's current rules. That's your responsibility.
You control your account. Your automation runs on your own account, and your money stays in your name.
I never hold your logins. You enter your own credentials. In the Build Room, I'll never ask for your passwords, API keys, webhook URLs or account numbers. During a Built With Me build, you enter your own logins yourself while we're on a call. I never store your passwords, API keys, webhook URLs or account numbers. Please keep them private. Anyone with your webhook URL can send orders to your account.
You choose your strategies, your size and your risk. You decide when anything goes live, and you can turn it off anytime.
I want my programs to stay a good place to learn, so the rules in sections 4, 5 and 7 matter.
For a smaller first break, I'll warn you first. If you break these terms in a serious way or more than once, for example by reposting my materials or pitching members, I can remove your course and Build Room access. I can also ask platforms to take down copies of my materials. If I remove you, I'll email you to tell you why. Because the sale is final, removal doesn't come with a refund.
Yours: your strategy, your rules, and the automation built for your account. Code I write for your build is yours to use and change for your own trading.
Mine: my videos, guides, templates, checklists, prompt pack, office-hour replays and everything else I made for my programs. Any of my templates or tools inside your build stay mine, and you're licensed to use them for your own trading.
Ideas vs. materials. Nobody owns the idea of automating a strategy. You're free to teach your own strategy and what you know, in your own words and with your own materials. What you can't do is use my materials, or close copies of them, in your own course, coaching, group, paid community or content.
If something looks wrong with a charge, please email me first at [email protected]. Most problems are faster to fix that way than through your bank.
If you dispute a charge, I may respond with my records of your purchase, including your agreement to these terms and what I delivered. If a charge wasn't made by you, tell me and I'll help sort it out.
I collect your name, your email, what you share in your application and on calls, and your payment records. I never see your full card number. I use your information to run your purchase, and I don't sell it. My email list is on Kit. If you apply for Built With Me, or ask me to send details on the course, you're added to my email list. Every email to my list has an unsubscribe link, and you can unsubscribe anytime. I'm the only person who sees your application and my email list. The details are in my Privacy Policy.
I teach carefully and I build carefully, but I can't guarantee results. Markets have randomness in them, software can fail, orders can go wrong, and other companies' tools can break or change.
So, as far as the law allows: I'm not responsible for trading losses, missed trades, prop firm account losses, or problems caused by third-party tools, your broker or your own settings. My programs are provided as they are, without promises beyond what these terms say I'll deliver.
If I'm ever responsible for something, the most I owe is what you paid me in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits anything the law doesn't let me limit, like responsibility for fraud.
If I change these terms, I'll post the new version on this page and update the effective date at the top. Changes apply to purchases made after the new effective date. If a change affects something you've already bought, I'll email you at least 30 days before it applies to you.
Partner Program terms change only with 30 days' notice, and commissions already earned are always honored.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
Questions about these terms, a refund, rescheduling or anything else: email me at [email protected]. I'd rather you ask before you buy than wonder after.
